Tutel and I decided to go out for a dinner and the closest place we can go is SM MOA - Mall of Asia.
And one of the best times that you can spend at MOA is at night. For one you'll be greeted by this "globe" , flashing ads... and different themes. Last Christmas, this could turn into a large Christmas ball.
So after, strolling around from bookstores, shops for gadgets and other stores, we decided to find a place to eat. The area at the back of MOA is filled with so many resto to choose from. You may find difficulty looking for a place to dine specially if there are occasions or maybe on a weekend. The Bay side area is one BIG party place that is being flocked by people.
Anyway, whatever you taste buds like, you'll find it here. Seafoods, pasta, steak,... we decided to try out Gerry's Grill. Well, Gerry's is famous for it's "Sisig". Sisig is a common Filipino pork delicacy served on a sizzling plate that is usually ordered as an appetizer... most commonly ordered by groups who will be drinking. Guess Sisig is one of the top two drinking appetizers, Crispy Pata (deep fried pork leg) is the other one.
Here's Tutel sipping her Buko (coconut) juice while we are waiting for our food to be served.
So, what's on the Menu? Sisig. Baked Scallop. Fried Pancit. If you guys are looking for a good meal of baked Scallops, try Gerry's. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. And the price is affordable too.
Then we decided to take a walk at the Bay Walk Area.... Tutel thinking of riding the Carousel?
The beautiful Fountain which is even more appealing with the lights turned on.
Of course what else could be better to end the date? Iced coffee at Starbucks. Tutel is not really a coffee drinker, I am. I just convinced her to drink coffee when she got a taste of iced coffee... now she's a coffee drinker too... iced coffee drinker. haha!
Are you sharing the other one for me?
Well, it's time to go home.... see you in our next adventure....
